I bought the 18k 21 seer unit. It works great, nice and quiet, easy to install. I would give it five stars. However the remote t-stat is not accurate, I have to set it at 84 degrees do it to maintain 76 in the space I’m cooling. no instructions on how to use the remote. Also the circulating fan on the inside unit doesn’t cycle off. I’m using this unit to cool my garage while I’m out there, so no big deal. However!!!

Bought this in August of 2024. Have used it steadily for 1.5 years now. Cools and heats a 900sqft open shop. It does a good job. I have not had any issues with it what-so ever. Installation was not too hard. The Install direction are just okay – but I managed. My unit is 208-240V. For the cost – it was really a bargain. I would recommend to anyone that is a DIY type person. Having a HVAC tech install it would have really upped the affordability. So far – it has been a good unit. My thanks to the supplier/vendor for the reasonable price and quick shipping.

in winter no good for cold places now have to remove this one and buy a senville this are really good already i 2 in my house and one at my son never had trouble

I’ve had one installed for 2 months. No issues so far. In fact, it’s one of the best purchases that I have ever made. I bought an extra remote online for less than $20. It’s a great deal!

This unit runs on R32 refrigerant – you can not buy it in Canada! Right now – I am trying to find a suitable replacement and not having any luck, I think I just bought a paperweight
